The following changes were adopted in our By-Laws effective March 1st 2010. We thank you for your support and understanding as we work to accomodate as many cheerleaders in the organization as we can.
Section VIII - Eligibility -- Approved change to this section is: 1. Any child in Grades 1 through 8 for the upcoming season, and upon payment of the stipulated registration fees and cost of uniform shall be eligible to participate in the activities of BPJC. 2. The Executive Board will determine the number of participants based on pre-registration. 3. The Executive Board will set the Grade Levels that will cheer for each Football level based on completed registrations. 4. Any other interested girl may be placed on a waiting list and notified if a position is vacant.

These rules are in place to provide a safe and fun environment for the cheerleaders, parent volunteers, parents and families.
